Assumption College recently organized its annual Teacher Appreciation Day (Wai Kru Day) ceremony alongside the Student Council Pinning Ceremony for the Academic Year 2026 on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The event aimed to honor teachers for their dedication and to recognize students selected to serve on the Student Council.

   The Teacher Appreciation Day ceremony provided students with an opportunity to express their gratitude and respect to their teachers, reflecting the long standing Thai tradition of acknowledging the important role educators play in shaping students’ lives and future success. Following the Wai Kru ceremony, school administrators officially presented Student Council pins to students who had been selected to serve as members of the Student Council for the 2026 academic year. The pinning ceremony symbolized the students’ commitment to leadership, responsibility, and service to the school community. During the event, school executives congratulated the newly appointed Student Council members and encouraged them to be role models for their peers while contributing positively to school activities and development.

   The ceremony was attended by school administrators, teachers and students, creating a meaningful occasion that celebrated both respect for educators and the development of student leadership at Assumption College.
