EP M.3 Students Explore Circuit Design
with LEDs and Switches
Students in Teacher Dan’s EP M.3 Science class gained hands-on experience in building electrical circuits through a breadboard lab activity. Using real components such as LEDs and switches, they constructed and tested different circuit configurations, comparing series and parallel connections.
Through this practical experiment, students discovered how switches control current flow and light output, while also learning how these concepts apply to real-world systems like household wiring for safety and convenience. The activity not only enhanced their understanding of electricity but also encouraged problem-solving and teamwork in a fun, interactive way.
